Continuing Education for Home Inspectors in Connecticut


Continuing education (CE) is an essential requirement for maintaining your home inspector license in Connecticut. Here’s a summary of how the process works:

Hours Required:

  • 20 credit hours per two-year cycle.

Timeline for Completion:

  • All CE hours must be completed between April 1 of an odd-numbered year and March 31 of the odd-numbered year two years later.
  • Note: The CE completion deadline is 3 months before the license renewal deadline.
