You acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not enroll or access the Academy's courses. 2. Use License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Under this license, you may not:

Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Refund Policy:
9. Customers have 5 business days from enrollment to request a refund. Due to the proprietary nature of our content, refunds are limited. We guarantee the most advanced and transparent home inspection course.

10. The course content is owned by Iron Mountain Home Inspection Training Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or other infringements will prompt legal action to protect our rights.
10.5. Course Duration: This course will automatically expire 24 months from the date of purchase. This timeframe is standard practice for this software and is now common for most licensing courses.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of course materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Student Acknowledgment and Academic Integrity Policy
13. The student affirms that they have personally completed all modules and assessments without assistance from external sources or software. The student agrees to successfully pass all exams and fulfill all module requirements prior to course completion. Cheating is strictly prohibited and may lead to revocation of their certificate.
